NorthCard has managed multiple projects and developed business cases for integrated service delivery, including the use of smart cards as an access token for government services. NorthCard has successfully delivered Project Management services including creating business plans, managing internal and external technology vendors and writing Management Board Submissions. As a result, NorthCard has become a vendor of record, and has had its contracts renewed in different capacities, on a regular basis.
