NorthCard has a successful track record managing technology and business projects within the Government of Ontario, spanning multiple Ministries and several distinct projects.

NorthCard's principals have been involved in government consulting for the past several years. Our experience has included:

• Creating a Business Case and the subsequent plans and MB20 Submission for the Government of Ontario the Smart Card Project.
• Participating in the development of a detailed Project Plan for the Smart Card Project.
• Developing a Policy Submission for the Economic and Resource Policy committee, including a business case.
• Project Managing enhancements to INFO-GO, and the strategy and planning stages of the Registration and Integrated Counter Delivery Project in MCBS.
• Developing Project Charters, budgets and detailed plans for several pilot projects related to integrated service delivery.
