NorthCard supported Acxsys Corporation (Interac Association) on several projects in 2002/2003, including managing projects designed to enhance security, and providing business analysis on a a number of new service opportunities.

• Developed and implemented recommendations to improve inter-bank cooperation on debit card fraud incidents.
• Provided business analysis and recommendations on new service opportunities. Prepared presentations and documentation outlining issues and proposing Association positions on key initiatives.
• Successfully drafted RFP and supporting documentation to identify vendor to support implementation of security project. Managed RFP evaluation process, including selection criteria and vendor interviews.
• Prepared Board-level correspondence and presentation to support communications of key business / project issues.
• Developed analysis of Interac Operating Regulations and Specifications to support project and vendor selection. Conducted interviews of Interac Members on key policy/service development issues.
